RESPONSE TO INTERVENTION:
RTI is a multi-tiered instructional model designed to promote school success for all learners. It is an innovative approach used to address students' unique learning needs before severe academic problems requiring special education services can develop.
Our "I Can Do It! with Grace" student achievement programs are designed with RTI in mind! We focus on the "whole child" and help educators and parents to assess and teach to each student's unique learning style. We combine the use of Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences with a highly visual, motivational tool to stimulate and focus students, parents and teachers. All this using the RTI three-tiered, research based, educational model. We even use the extraordinary mind/body benefits of yoga to help us in our quest!
